Hotel Cancellations & Refunds

Attendee room cancellations must be handled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. The Hotel should be called directly for any room cancellations.

Event Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds will be issued as follows:

• Cancellation up to 45 days prior to the event 100% refund
• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event 50% refund
• Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the event 25% refund
• Cancellations after 7/31/26 will not be eligible for a refund
