Due to limited storage, please arrange shipments to arrive no earlier than 3 days before event start date.

Outbound shipping: VENDOR MUST make arrangements with your preferred carrier and have all labels prepared. Arrangements are the responsibility of the vendor and not of VARA nor its contractors.

Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities at the VARA event and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless VARA, its agents, employees and contractors from any and all such losses and damage claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Cancellations must be received two weeks in advance of event date to receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within the 2-week window.
