shipping and Storage:

Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing has limited space for the storage of equipment and materials shipped prior to Guest’s event.

It is incumbent upon Guest to secure its own insurance coverage for pre-event shipping and receiving of same. Shipments may not arrive more than 3 days before show start date.

Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities at all events of the Summit and Expo and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Auto Recycling Advocacy and Automotive Recyclers of Indiana, its agents, employees and contractors from any and all such losses and damage claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Cancellation up to 45 days prior to the event 100% refund
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event 50% refund
Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the event 25% refund
Cancellations after 8/01/24 will not be eligible for a refund
