Hotel Cancellations & Refunds

Attendee room cancellations must be handled 7 Days prior to scheduled arrival. The Hotel should be called directly for any room cancellations.

Event Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Cancellations must be received two weeks in advance of event date to receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within the 2-week window.
