shipping and Storage:

Hilton St. Louis Frontenac has limited space for the storage of materials shipped prior to our Event.

It is incumbent upon Guest to secure its own insurance coverage for pre-event shipping and receiving of same. Shipments may not arrive more than 3 days before show start date.

Please note that any item that can’t be hand carried or rolled in by vendor should be unloaded at the hotel loading dock.

Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities at all events of the Midwest Summit & Expo and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Auto Recycling Advocacy, ARI and MATR, its agents, employees and contractors from any and all such losses and damage claims.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Cancellation up to 45 days prior to the event 100% refund
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event 50% refund
Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the event 25% refund
Cancellations after 8/01/24 will not be eligible for a refund
