Return shipments must be re-packed and have a completed carrier airbill affixed to each package.  FedEx boxes, airbills and tape are available at the FedEx office should you require.  Outbound shipments via 3rd party carrier must be coordinated directly with that carrier and you should notify the FedEx office of those arrangements and when it will be picked up.  Handling fees will be assessed to all shipments as outlined to the right.

CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS FOLLOWS:

Cancellation up to 45 days prior to event – 100% refund

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to event – 50% refund

Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to event – 25% refund

Cancellation after 1/21/27 will not be eligible for a refund.
